
This course on maturity will explore patterns of physiological maturity in pediatric patients, including both normal and abnormal findings. Key topics include the stages of normal puberty, common conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), precocious puberty, delayed puberty, and genetic disorders such as Turner Syndrome, Marfan Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Klinefelter Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The course will also address the implications of endocrine-disrupting chemicals and the psychosocial impact of puberty-related conditions, supported by current research and clinical case studies.

Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her attainment of 3 post-doctorate diplomates in internal diagnosis, pediatrics, and clinical nutrition. Each diplomate required an additional 360 hours of intensive post-doctorate training, showcasing her expertise in these specialized fields.
Dr. Maloy's expertise extends to fertility and hormone dysfunction, along with prenatal and pediatric care, as she has successfully treated hundreds of patients facing challenges. In fact, she published an insightful article titled "Preconception Nesting: Optimizing Maternal Health Before and During Your Baby’s Gestational Period" in a reputable peer-reviewed journal in July 2016.
Driven by her personal journey, Dr. Maloy has a deep passion for women's health, fertility, prenatal care, and pediatrics. She underwent extensive training under the mentorship of a renowned naturopath specializing in female and male fertility difficulties and hormone health pre and post conception.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Maloy finds joy in her role as a proud wife and mother of four children, including two sets of twins. She cherishes connecting with her patients on a personal level, discussing their health, hormone and fertility concerns, as well as their prenatal health and children's well-being.
With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Maloy's expertise is recognized by her peers, and she has been invited to educate other doctors training to become Internal Diagnosis Diplomates, specifically on the subject of pediatrics.
