The American Chiropractic Association is an approved provider for Continuing Education in the state of New York. Effective January 1, 2004, to renew your registration as a chiropractor, New York State Education Law requires completion of 36 contact hours of continuing education in each three-year registration period. When preparing to submit your certificate, you need to print out your certificate of completion and manually enter your license information and course approval code where indicated. Submit a scan of the completed certificate with your online license renewal or upon request.
