Elizabeth Moos, DC, MS, DACBSP®, ICSC
VA Pacific Islands
Dr. Liz Moos earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014, where she was selected as the institution's first Human Performance Fellow. During her fellowship, she completed a Master of Science in Exercise Science at Concordia University, St. Paul.
Dr. Moos brings extensive experience working within multidisciplinary teams, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), employer-based primary care settings, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She has worked with athletes across a wide spectrum of ages and abilities, from high school athletes to Olympians. Her professional interests include helping individuals embark on their fitness journeys. She has also held faculty positions at Northwestern Health Sciences University and Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
Currently, Dr. Moos serves as a staff chiropractor for the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System in Honolulu, Hawaii. She holds advanced certifications in sports chiropractic, including the International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) and the Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP).
Dr. Moos has been an active member of the ACA and the ACA Sports Council. Over the past nine years, she has served as the Student Executive Advisor on the ACA Sports Council Board and, for three years, as the organization’s Director of Education (formerly known as 2nd Vice President). She currently serves at the ACASC’s Vice President.
