In 2024, practicing chiropractic in a hospital system is becoming a viable practice alternative. Chiropractors are serving in small interdisciplinary groups, community hospitals, large hospital networks, and university-based research hospitals. Pathways to integrating chiropractic into medical settings are being established and followed as the “glass walls” to inclusion are being shattered. This presentation will go beyond the didactic “how to start” and explore the inclusion of chiropractic care as the standard of care in hospital networks. The ideas shared will be applicable to the soon-to-be new graduate as well as the seasoned practicing chiropractor. Attendees will be able to leave with the tools to develop and communicate a just cause, a mission, a vision, and a leadership mindset that will focus on the infinite versus finite end game. Attendees will be able to clearly state the values of chiropractic care to hospital network decision-makers and policymakers and will leave the presentation with a vision of the possibilities of where chiropractic can be in the future of health care.

This recording is from ACA Engage 2025--this session was originally presented live, users viewing this program online will be shown visual aids (PowerPoint slides) and speaker audio.
