This course covers the formation of treatment goals and relates this information to CMS requirements and guides clinicians on how to effectively document treatment goals. Throughout the presentation, participants will see reference to utilizing skills that teach them how to successfully apply their knowledge of tracking measurable progress with patients and establishing measurable treatment goals.
Participants of this course will receive instruction on how to create their own self-audit guides and follow assessment types in line with CMS preferences to ensure quality documentation and patient care.
