Hamstring injuries continue to be a hot topic in sports medicine. The last "International Consensus and Delphi Study on hamstring injuries" confirmed that the lumbopelvic area has an important role to play. What are these lumbopelvic contributions? How can we test for them? How might we address the lumbopelvic area to reduce the risk of hamstring injury within a multidisciplinary team? In this webinar, we will investigate these lumbopelvic contributions to hamstring injuries and distil the current research into some simple clinical take-homes so we might increase our value in a multidisciplinary sports medical team.

Learning Objectives:

Understand what international hamstring experts agree upon regarding the influence of the lumbar spine and pelvis.
Understand how to test and address these lumbopelvic influences on the hamstrings.
Understand how chiropractors might increase their value in the prevention and treatment of hamstring injuries
