Everyone with a connective tissue disorder should have an informed chiropractor on their team. Recognizing the most common hypermobility conditions, such as Ehlers Danlos syndrome, can improve treatment outcomes and support a bulletproof treatment plan. This is a large and underserved patient group, and recognition can have a significant impact on patients’ lives. In this session, we will talk through how to quickly screen for hypermobility conditions, when to evaluate further, and how to work with patients to modify treatment for excellent responses.
