Chiropractors have been successfully treating neck pain for over a century, but how do we KNOW what we have been doing is supported by evidence? Are we doing the right things? This webinar will explore the nature of clinical evidence, the differences between best practices and clinical practice guidelines, and how the Chiropractic profession, through the Clinical Compass, is bridging the gap between evidence and everyday practice.
