Module 4: Sports Chiropractic Leadership and Professionalism – Organizational Leaders

Karen Silberman, CAE, is the Chief Executive Officer of the American Chiropractic Association.  She came to ACA with a history of driving organizational change, creating performance-oriented cultures and driving membership growth and value. Prior to the ACA, she served as executive director of the Federal Bar Association. Her career has included executive director positions with the Society of Human Resource Management Foundation and the National Coalition for Promoting Physical Activity. Karen graduated from Indiana University with a master’s degree in Public Affairs. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oberlin College and is a certified association executive.
