The Impact of COVID-19 on the Chiropractic Profession: A Professional Survey

  • Registration Closed

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on U.S. chiropractors and to assess whether a specific perspective on the nature of chiropractic care affects chiropractic attitudes, practice characteristics, and response to a global pandemic. Join Dr. Dana Lawrence, Dr. Rebecca Deyo, Dr. Annabelle MacAuley, and Dr. Shawn Neff for a presentation that will look at how the pandemic has affected our profession and how we view advertising benefits as a result. We will detail survey questions and responses to them, looking to see whether or not practices have remained open or closed, or run under modifications.

Learning Objectives:

1. Discuss how the chiropractic profession has responded to some of the challenges of practicing in the era of COVID.
2. Discuss how the chiropractic profession views the possibility of any advertising related to COVID.
3. Explain how to develop a plan for practice modification in event of a public health crisis.
